At 7:30am Chuck the groundhog came out of his solar panel home held by Mayor Bloomberg and Hooray he didn't see his shadow. Which means winter will begin to recede and the next six weeks -- at which point spring arrives -- will be milder. Ha Ha Mother you lose this BATTLE!
